The Art of Slow Cold Pressing
We press our oils slowly and gently below 36°C (body temperature). Why? Because this is the only way to best preserve the valuable nutrients, vitamins, and full aroma of the seeds. This process is more elaborate and yields less – but for us, it's the only way to guarantee an oil of the highest quality and intense flavor.
Responsibility from Seed to Bottle
Sustainability is not a trend for us, but a commitment:
- Partnerships instead of purchasing: We source our seeds from regional organic farmers whenever possible. We know their farms and value their work.
- Holistic thinking: We are committed to the further processing of all raw materials (e.g., pressing residues). Nothing is wasted.
